Here at 8th Wonder, we take pride in our commitment to our people and the planet. To demonstrate our dedication, we partnered with EcoVadis, the global leader in commercially led assessments for ethical and environmentally conscious business practices.

EcoVadis uses a 100-point scoring system to assess companies across 21 criteria. Core themes include Environment, Labour and Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. Crucial factors that companies must adhere to in order to trade as a responsible business.

On 11th December 2025, EcoVadis awarded us a score of 80/100, which earned us a Gold Medal. This means we’ve been placed in the top 5% of all contributing companies globally, furthering our dedication to becoming a consciously aware, responsible business. We promise to continue growing a company we can be genuinely proud of.

To further our promise, we celebrate our 9th year of maintaining our 100% FSC®-certified range. Ensuring our award-winning toys are crafted from high-quality, responsibly sourced materials is essential to us, affirming our commitment to environmental stewardship and protecting our forests.

Looking after our people is just as important to us as looking after the planet. That’s why, in 2025, we joined the United Nations Global Compact, a voluntary initiative that asks businesses to respect human rights, ensure fair labour practices, and act against corruption.

By following its principles – supporting internationally proclaimed human rights and freedom of association, eliminating forced or child labour and discrimination, and taking a precautionary approach to environmental challenges – we make sure the same care we put into our FSC®-certified toys extends to everyone who helps bring them to life.
